8. Single risk assessment document
A risk assessment document (DUER) must be drawn up in accordance with regulations by every company employing people. Each company determines the organization to be put in place, involving its staff and other people working on the site, so as to bring together the necessary skills. This document is a means of capitalizing on analyses, and can take the form of a table:

the work area in question by defining its boundaries,
people exposed according to their activities (all personnel, production/driving, maintenance [automation/electricity], maintenance [mechanical/boilermaking], chemistry, QSE [quality, safety, environment], administration, visitors, etc.),
