Electronic chassis are taken as an example here, as their packaging is representative of the methods used to package many other materials
Depending on their fragility (mechanical and climatic) and the conditions of use of the packaging, electronic chassis are packaged in different ways.
After applying an anti-abrasive wrap, they are wedged into cardboard containers using immobilization wedges, distributing support on the rigid parts of the chassis, while avoiding stressing fragile components.
