5. Conclusion
Twenty years old, eco-design standards (and the documentation booklets that complement them) are not obsolete, but reflect techniques and expectations that are increasingly out of step with those of today, particularly when it comes to reuse and recovery through composting.
They are therefore bound to evolve in response to the ecological emergency declared at COP 21 following the Paris Conference on December 12, 2015.
