1. Packaging workshop

1.1 Features

As a general rule, it will be installed in a closed, often air-conditioned room, where cleaning and disinfection will be at least as important as the treatment of the containers and packaged liquids. This room will be equipped with the fluid supplies required for packaging, i.e. :

  • electricity ;

  • thermal fluids (steam, superheated hot water) ;

  • compressed air ;

  • conditioning gas ;

  • water ;

  • CIP arrival and departure (cleaning in place) ;

  • liquid food to be packaged.
