9. Palletizers
Palletizing consists in grouping a certain number of overpacks (cardboard boxes, shrink-wrapped bundles, various packages) on a shipping pallet. To make repetitive handling less tedious, and for high production rates, equipment manufacturers have designed semi-automatic or fully-automatic palletizing equipment, depending on production rates.
