6. Impact of the study on farming practices and eating habits
An assessment of the effects of the feedback on practices was carried out one year later, based on a further interview with the gardeners concerned. A total of 36 gardeners were contacted by telephone to discuss the recommendations and advice given. Various positions emerged from their discussions (see table 6 ).
