3. Toolbox

The CIRERO research center has proposed a set of tools to better understand the application of organizational resilience. These tools consist of cells and models. Actors gravitate around cells and use a set of models.

3.1 Cells

A cell is a Business Unit that brings together all the players involved in resilience (toxic handler, change agent, intrapreneur, risk manager, crisis manager, continuity manager). Its purpose is to play a supervisory role, to detect turbulent events and also to control them.

Scarce resources are therefore found within cells whose purpose is to centralize defined players within the organization, either as observers of weak signals, specific to a future crisis (resilience cell), or as direct players in crisis management...
