2. Basic concepts

The basic concepts are illustrated by the diagram of the organizational resilience process (figure 2 ): organizational resilience (OR) acts as a lever for coping with crises (1), enabling individuals to prepare themselves (2). Crisis is a factor of rupture within individual identity, but also within organizational identity (3). To deal with these crises, organizational resilience proposes to draw on rare resources (4), which will integrate cells (5) and use tools to act on the resilience of organizations or on the life cycle of the crisis (6). The main aim of organizational resilience will be to put in place and implement the conditions for resilience before a crisis occurs (7), while working to develop the resilience capacities of individuals, cope with turbulence and mitigate stress at work...
