3. SMS deployment
The deployment of an SMS must involve all the people in the organization involved in risk management, whatever their function or rank within the structure. The number of potential participants in the process can therefore be considerable. In order to structure the process, it is essential to define the scope of the system, and the roles and responsibilities of each player, from the outset.
