7. Conclusion
Companies lagging behind from a regulatory point of view, either through opportunity (DREAL not very present, storage facility nearby, local authority not very attentive...), or through ignorance (no less than 400 regulatory articles in the environment code alone concern this item), may see in the management elements presented in this article an unsuspected workload and a not inconsiderable increase in the associated financial item. The proposed study of its total waste management costs will enable it to rethink its operations and rationalize its compliance without losing too many feathers.
A company more mature on the subject should be particularly motivated by the demonstration of the benefits to be expected from a preventive approach, which will enable it to revise its procurement and production practices to limit the financial repercussions of the end of access...
