4. Emerging transportation solutions
In addition to traditional transport solutions such as cycling, walking, public transport or the private car, new concepts are emerging and influencing mobility practices by encouraging the diversity of means of transport, their combination or even their sharing.
4.1 Notion of transport bouquet
Every trip has its own mode of transport. It's no longer the case to favor one mode over another. Rather, the trend is to encourage the use of a variety of complementary modes of transport, known as a "transport package", to best meet the needs of all journeys.
