2. Employee health and safety notice and single document
The health and safety notice and the occupational risk assessment document (EVRP), commonly known as the "single document" (provided for in the law of December 31 1991 and in articles L. 2 4121-1 and R. 1 4121-1 of the French Labour Code), are two distinct documents. Given the diversity of companies and their characteristics, there is no standard model for either.
Health and safety instructions :
is mandatory for classified activities subject to prefectoral authorization;
is to be established prior to the start of these activities.
