5. Conclusion
The prevention of occupational risks does not cover the same subject as preventive measures for environmental risks, whereas :
the outbreak of a fire, explosion or dispersion of a toxic cloud in the atmosphere could have consequences both for personnel working on the site concerned and for the surrounding area;
the installation of equipment, materials and facilities designed to limit pollution or reduce its effects (incinerators, treatment plants, high-rise chimneys, etc.) can generate new risks for workers.
