3. Specialized courts

It should be noted that there are a number of courts other than administrative tribunals that can rule at first level or on appeal, known as "specialized courts":

  • for financial jurisdictions :

    • the Enforcement Committee of the Autorité des marchés financiers,

    • the Court of Auditors,

    • regional audit chambers,

    • the Court of Budgetary and Financial Discipline;

  • to ensure discipline in certain professions:

    • the Disciplinary Section of professional orders (architects, auditors, doctors, dental surgeons, pharmacists, nurses, midwives, veterinary surgeons, etc.),
