4. Scope of application of zeodration

The fields of application for zeodration are far from exhausted. That said, zeodration opens up a new avenue in the field of drying. In fact, the operating conditions of the treatment - pressure, temperature, duration, etc. - make it possible to meet certain quality requirements for many products. This technique is ideally suited to the dehydration of products sensitive to high temperatures and containing active ingredients such as herbs and aromatic plants, but also fruit, vegetables, coffee, cheese, cooked meats, bacteria and cosmetics, as well as pharmaceutical products.
