2. Validation of heat treatment schedules
When developing a new product, all production factors must be integrated to achieve the best possible result. However, the transition from laboratory or pilot scale to production, craft or industrial scale is not without consequences on certain factors that are difficult to estimate during development. Pre-series production enables us to validate the conformity of the scales set up before going into production.
The validation of a heat treatment, applied to a packaged product before or after its treatment, must follow a precise methodology, such as those described in figures 5 and or any other methodology proven to be equivalent.
