Ability of a material to be cleaned of mineral, organic and microbiological contaminants.

Texturing; patterning, texturing

An industrial process for imparting functional properties to a surface, or surface treatment (usually by laser).

Fluence; fluency

Fluence represents the energy dose delivered by the laser shot. It is expressed in joules per square centimeter (J.cm -2 ).
