Marine by-products; Coproduits marins

Products derived from product processing and not consumed directly for human consumption: heads, bones, skins and viscera for fish, shells for shellfish.

Hydrolysate; Hydrolyzate

A mixture of more or less complex polypeptides and amino acids derived from proteins that have been broken down by an enzyme or chemical agent (acid or base).

Fish pulp; Fish mince

Product resulting from the mechanical separation of fish bones or even gutted fish from the flesh.
