9. Use of NDT processes

Beyond the specific implementation of each of the control procedures described above, a project or a real control operation involves a certain number of considerations and factors which, if ignored, could lead to failures such as poor reliability of the method, the equipment used or the results announced, or insufficient economic profitability of the control operation, these two aspects often going hand in hand. This is why it is important to take into account not only the physical and technical parameters, but also the importance of the human factor and operating procedures, and the possible need to finance prior development or feasibility work on the chosen process.
