6. Drawing up and using calibration certificates
When performing a calibration, it is advisable to draw up a measurement sheet for internal use, to ensure traceability of measurements. The following information should be recorded on this measurement sheet:
applicant identification ;
identification of the measuring chain or sensor to be calibrated ;
date of measurements ;
operator name ;
calibration method used ;
equipment used (temperature standard, bath, oven, multimeter, scanner, etc.) ;
immersion of standard and calibration sensors ;
raw measurement results.
