travellers, especially those with special needs such as people with reduced mobility;
industries using railways to transport goods;
multimodal or combined transport companies;
suppliers of other modes of transport interfacing with rail, insofar as the interoperable exchange of data (timetables, ticketing) can create mutual benefits;
energy suppliers (e.g. interoperability of traction energy billing data)....
