3. Advantages of composite materials

It's widely acknowledged that composite materials have a number of disadvantages compared with metal materials, which are well known in the automotive industry: cost per kilogram, part production rates, recyclability....

However, their use, which is not modelled on that of metals, offers a number of advantages that enable us to respond favorably to the developments in automotive products and user expectations described above.
