4.1 Testing issues
The various types of tests and protocols presented here are designed to implement the battery models described above. The identification of certain battery characteristics is necessary for the development of a behavioral or aging model, or for both. The need for measurements is directly linked to the type of model chosen, its complexity and the range of modeling parameters (temperature, current, etc.), leading to different types of test.
