Amorphous polymer-based solid dispersions are widely used to stabilize amorphous materials and improve the oral bioavailability of poorly soluble PAs in the crystalline state . However, the use of polymer-based DSA has limitations. Many polymers are hygroscopic, which can lead to high water absorption. This plasticizes the system, thereby increasing the molecular mobility of PAs and facilitating their cris-tallization
