2. Project implementation, actions taken

2.1 Organizational aspects

The project was implemented through several successive collective actions:

  • a feasibility study with two pilot SMBs to validate the concept in 2011;

  • an operational project in the Seine-et-Marne département, involving 20 PMIs, which was carried out in two phases: the first in 2012 and 2013 with ten PMIs, and the second in 2014 with ten other PMIs. Governance is ensured by a steering committee that meets monthly to select candidate PMIs, plan the work, decide on any relaunches/stops and find solutions to blocking aspects.
