 INTRODUCTION

Business model innovation goes far beyond the design of new products, services or production processes. It involves building or reconfiguring value creation and capture mechanisms in such a way as to give the company a competitive edge.

Based in Nancy (France), Ateliers CINI specializes in prototyping, rapid manufacturing and the production of checking fixtures and tooling.

It's in a complex context (economic crisis, collective proceedings, reluctance to change, globalization, changing environment, etc.) that managers need to understand innovation in the company's business model and define a precise value proposition shared by all.
