3. Water flow management for routine rinses
They must meet two criteria:
specific water consumption must not exceed the values imposed by the ministerial decree, given in paragraph 2 ;
rinses must be sufficiently effective to remove any trace of impurities that might interfere with downstream processing, or after drying.
