6. Application and properties of galvanized products

6.1 Coating characteristics. Standardization

The main characteristics of the coatings to be followed are controlled according to the standards cited in the documentation. .

  • Aspect

    Uniform, relatively smooth, more or less shiny metallic gray coating. The appearance of darker matte areas corresponds to Fe-Zn alloy crystals emerging.

    Surface crystallization (zinc flowers) can be variable.

  • Zinc mass deposited
