4.1 Installation report
The installation report is an important part of any testing assignment. This report must present all the instruments installed, their position, the procedure for installing the instrumentation and the entire measurement chain. Data sheets describing the characteristics of each instrument must be appended to this document, including their calibration curves. The installation report must also give the equation used to pass from the transmitted signal to the physical measurement, and must give the initial or "zero" values of each measuring instrument. The report must show the connection diagram between the sensors and the acquisition unit.
