Flow crystalline growth technique used to produce crystalline thin films epitaxially grown on a substrate.
homo-/hetero-epitaxy; homo-/hetero-epitaxy
Epitaxy of a thin layer of the same nature (homo-) or of a different nature (hetero-) to that of the substrate; the notion of epitaxy reflects the existence of a crystallographic relationship and a crystal lattice agreement between the epitaxial layer and its substrate.
