1. ITU-R BT.2020 production format parameters
In 2012, the recommendation ITU-R BT.2020 on the evolution of television. It specified the parameters to be evolved, or revolutionized, to improve image capture, processing and rendering. This recommendation, often referred to under the generic term "UHD" for Ultra High Definition, brings several improvements, such as an increase in the number of pixels, but also an increase in the number of possible colors, an increase in the number of frames per second and the end of interlace.
