4. EBU parallel interface
EBU: European Broadcasting Union, better known as Eurovision.
The parallel interface is a unidirectional, nine-pair interconnection between two devices. There are eight pairs for data and one for the synchronous clock. But in reality, there are eleven pairs because there are two in reserve.
The data signals are :
video signals ;
time reference signals ;
auxiliary data ;
identification signals.
