Overview
ABSTRACT
A digital product or service is said to be accessible if it can be perceived, used, and understood by any person with a disability, including when using assistive technologies. This article describes the legal, societal, and economic aspects of accessibility, with regards to the social dimension of disability. The analysis of the various needs and associated bypass and compensation strategies has made it possible to develop best practices, specialized by domain (hardware, Web, mobile, applications, video games...). Finally, various normative, technical and methodological tools are proposed to implement them.

INTRODUCTION
Digital accessibility refers to the design and development of digital products and services so that they can be perceived, used and understood by all individuals, including those with disabilities, and who are likely to use assistive technologies. In today's increasingly digital world, where more and more essential services are provided online, ensuring digital accessibility is not only a legal requirement, but also a societal and economic imperative.
This article explores the various legal, societal and economic issues surrounding digital accessibility, starting from the social dimension of disability. By analyzing the different needs of disabled people and the various strategies for circumventing and compensating for these needs, the article presents a set of best practices for guaranteeing digital accessibility in various fields, including equipment, the Web, mobile, applications and video games.
In addition to these best practices, the article also presents a range of normative, technical and methodological tools that can be used to implement digital accessibility. By providing a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities associated with digital accessibility, this article aims to help readers understand the importance of this issue and the steps that can be taken to ensure that all individuals have equal access to digital products and services.
