8. Control and supervision system

The operating system of a broadcast transmitter must be simple to use, yet at the same time highly efficient and comprehensive in terms of the information available. The system must also be hierarchical. A central management system commands, controls and coordinates the various blocks making up the transmitter. The amplifier blocks have their own control system, but are subject to the central management system.
