1. Power and sizing

The 2007 edition of the NF C 14-100 standard reiterates the power ratings used in previous editions for residential premises, and specifies the power ratings to be used for pre-sizing installations in housing estates and office buildings.

Contrary to NF C 15-100, where calculations are based on the setting current of the protection device, connection installations are calculated for the maximum rating of this device.
