  • Accessibility of structures

    All the parts of a collective pipe, the premises or specialized locations (common section, columns, collective branches, service connection communication circuits, metering premises) must be installed in common locations in conditions such that the DSO's agents can have permanent access to the installations and carry out their work and checks properly.
