5. Conclusion

Compliance with these rules is intended to enable more widespread use of prefabrication. When drawing up tender documents, project managers are faced with a major obstacle: how can they draw up sufficiently detailed specifications and sufficiently precise plans, while at the same time allowing future contractors freedom in their choice of construction methods?
