2. Breakdown of construction costs

2.1 Estimated construction costs

The construction cost estimate is based on a study of dry disbursements for each of the items required to build the structure.

Dry disbursement

These are the expenses required to complete a project, not including the margin to be generated. It corresponds to the cost price of labor, purchases and equipment rentals.

A company wishing to estimate the construction cost for an operation where the CCTP calls for the use of large prefabricated concrete panels on the façade, in order to compare it with the price obtained from a subcontractor, will need to study the dry disbursements (figure
