3. Analysis from different points of view
The use of prefabricated elements requires an analysis of the entire project from several points of view.
The above considerations show that the gain is often not immediately perceptible, and only a more comprehensive in-depth study can conclude whether or not there has indeed been a gain for the project.
Prefabrication is profitable, but only if the entire process is analyzed. Ignorance of the market and of the more or less rational behavior of the various participants in the building process is often at the root of negative conclusions about the benefits of using prefabrication. This is usually the reason why "heavy" systems are not being developed, or are even being discontinued.
Each stage of the operation has its own rationality and requirements, based on the objectives pursued by each participant.
