7. Staff training and qualifications

Article R. 4323-69 (ex 233-13-31) (decree no. 2004-924 of 1 er September 2004) specifies the obligation to train personnel, in the following terms.

Scaffolding may only be erected, dismantled or slightly modified under the supervision of a competent person, and by workers who have received appropriate training specific to the operations envisaged, including in particular :

  • understanding the plan for erecting, dismantling or converting the scaffolding;

  • safety when erecting, dismantling or converting scaffolding;

  • measures to prevent the risk of people or objects falling;

  • safety measures in the event of changing weather conditions that could be detrimental to people by affecting...
