5.1 Construction site visit
The visit can be virtual, thanks to photos, the Internet and topographical surveys.
The DCE (dossier de consultation des entreprises) must include a number of elements enabling each company to draw up a site installation plan.
With Google Maps, knowing the address of the site, it is possible to see the terrain (recognized thanks to the ground plan provided in the DCE), its nature, its environment (roads, paths, HV lines and pylons...). The Street View function allows you to obtain an elevation, assess the height of HV lines, the existence of ditches, the presence of electricity distribution substations...
