10. End-of-job report
Within a company, the information circuit is not linear, but must be a loop, commonly referred to as "feedback". It's a vital document for the company's long-term survival; it's the financial balance sheet and the end-of-job report.
It's important for the company to make this assessment so that, thanks to all the forecasts made during the study and what was achieved during execution, it can improve for future projects. In this way, those starting a new study, instead of making assumptions, will benefit from the conclusions that have already been reached.
By analyzing the compilation of all crew clockings, we can determine the total number of hours worked on each job, and thus the unit times.
The company must therefore seek improvements in manpower, materials and equipment in order to progress.
