14. Day hospitals – Thermal spa facilities
14.1 Definition (article U 49)
For the purposes of these regulations, a "day hospital" (dispensary, transfusion center, abortion center, medical spa) is defined as an isolated facility providing care lasting less than 12 hours.
For the purposes of the present regulations, such an establishment does not include sleeping quarters.
