1. Definition of measures relating to "foam generator" effect machines
The provisions of this chapter apply to effect machines that use a product to project artificial foam in the presence of the public. In the remainder of this chapter, the term "foam generator" is used for all such machines.
1.1 Specifications for foam generators
The foam generator complies with the Low Voltage Directive 95/EC. This conformity is attested by the CE mark on the device.
The foam generator must be fitted with a device for interrupting operation.
If several foam generators are used, a centralized device enables all machines to be shut down simultaneously. This centralized device is easily identifiable and accessible.
