INTRODUCTION
The construction of a building must comply with a strict regulatory framework, in terms of the phases involved (pre-project, sketch, execution, final phase, etc.), as well as the documentation to be produced and the technical and normative texts to be respected. Regulations have become considerably more complex in recent years, requiring a thorough knowledge of the relevant texts: for example, thermal regulations, regulations concerning comfort and accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and safety regulations.
This article describes the regulatory environment for new construction projects carried out under public procurement contracts.
It goes without saying that these regulations do not apply, or apply only in part, to projects contracted by private individuals.
