Williams PAUCHET: Former National Defense contractor – Construction site management trainer
INTRODUCTION
The diversity and multiplicity of players involved in the construction process (prime contractor, owner, health and safety coordinator, site coordinator and companies of all sizes and activities) create a number of difficulties in implementing coordination, responsibilities and execution on building sites.
For this reason, all those involved in the project need to be fully aware of the texts in force for the part of the project for which they are responsible, and to keep abreast of new rules and techniques as they emerge. Keeping abreast of these developments demands constant attention from designers and builders alike.
