7. Construction risk and insurance

As the holder of the partnership contract is the owner of the project, it will be up to him to assume the construction risk. Like any private project owner, it has certain prerogatives and obligations in this respect (§ 4.1 of [C 74] ).

Next, it will be up to the holder of the partnership contract to require the builders to take out insurance policies designed to cover all construction risks during the works (all-risk worksite insurance, collapse insurance, civil liability insurance, etc.).
