3. Process dimension

In terms of "process", construction is organized according to a sequential order, which is not without creating obvious dysfunctions:

  • the entire industry favors the search for local optimization, which leads each player to externalize risk onto the next player. The result is wasted energy, as each player tends to rephrase the question posed rather than answer it;

  • this silo-based approach fosters individualism and reinforces specific cultures that are impervious to dialogue. This leads to misunderstandings that are detrimental to the successful completion of a collective project.

In a nutshell, it's clear that the process takes place independently of the overall economy of the resources mobilized.
