4. Conclusion

The four proposals we have just analyzed are not independent, and it is important to draw up an operating manual for them.

  • Time diagram

    For this, a time diagram is useful. It is based on three assumptions.

  • The aim is to move from the current state of the industry to one that is more satisfactory for all stakeholders. The aim is to move closer to an operating state that is more efficient, i.e. less dissipative of the resources mobilized. The term "efficiency" aptly sums up this aim, which is to provide the end-user with maximum value while minimizing the impact of the building's use.
