2.1 Staff
When a new building site is awarded, the construction company appoints a site manager to be in charge of its construction. This may be (depending on the size of the site) :
the company director in the case of a craft business;
a site manager ;
a site supervisor ;
or even a site manager.
For very large building projects, a large team of supervisors comes on site.
